Have you ever had your portrait drawn by an artist who exaggerated your features to make you look like a wacky cartoon? You can do the same with writing by using exaggerated images and impossible scenarios to make a point. In this class, we’ll use the absurd and silly to find meaning through flash fiction and poetry.
All enrolled students will have the opportunity to publish work in the 2027 issue of the National Writers Series’ literary journal.
