What’s a TTRPG? If you know, you know- and if you don’t, think wild and wacky times telling stories with a group of friends around a table, taking chances, rolling dice, besting monsters, and making a name for yourself as a hero! Yes, we’re working on writing for games like Dungeons & Dragons. Whether you’re ensuring the success of a contest, solving a mystery, or rescuing a merchant from bandits, this is your chance to experiment with collaborative storytelling and guided improv in the world of tabletop role-playing games! Join National Writers Series instructors and Dungeon Master’Cole Birkett for this introduction to character creation, world-building, and the magic of collaborative storytelling.
All students will have the opportunity to publish work in the NWS Literary Journal.
